Unlike a lot of trainers in the industry, I don’t solicit promises of six-pack abs, building a big booty, or even weight-loss because truthfully these aren’t sustainable motivators and do more damage than good.

Rather I promote mind-body connection, finding your inner strength, and just being real with your most authentic self. 1

It’s a funny thing how shifting this perspective internally inevitably creates physical changes externally and you’re left not only feeling stronger, more confident in yourself, but also free from those heavy expectations.

Here, I focus on teaching you to listen to your body, notice yourself getting stronger and find ways to actually enjoy moving your body.
